When I am putting his address in, do I just put it all in on the address line and not worry about the city and state part?

Just fill it in the space.. I never worried about the city and state.. since that's all in the right order on the actual address label.

Yeah thats what I was thinking. ALSO another question, when it says items inclosed, do I need to actually count how many things Im putting in there? Because when I was writing it all down, I just kinda went food items, clothing items, I didnt actually count how much I put in there.

I just estimated.. and I listed things like razors and stuff as toiletries, I'd put candy, snack food, DVD's (but not a title list) misc. clothing items when I sent t's and boxers or whatever.

no I dont count how much stuff I put in there, you just give them a general idae. :mrgreen

One post office I go to is fine with that but another one made me list everything not just generalize the items. Half the time I forget what I put in there anyway :giggle

It doesn't matter much, but for reference, APO/AFO is the City, AE, EE etc, is the state.

I never put exactly what is in the box on the customs form to prevent theft. I always put grocery items or toiletries and the estimated amount is always $20.00.

The post office near my house is kind of anal, so i do list everything, just in generics, i.e. bags of candy 10 and an est. amt. And they make us put everything in for the apo ae part too. If yours turns out to be like this, just grab a bunch of custom forms when you go to mail it off, than you can just fill in from home. Saves so much time, and I always feel bad for those people that wait in a long line, like we always have, than have a few people in front of us filling out forms after they get to the counter.
