How do I switch mine to the south? Is there a number to call?

Its faster to go to an actual location. They usually like you to go in person when switching regions. Whenever we move I just go to the tricare office at the new place we are living and provide them with our new address and number and they switch us right away

Well the problem is I dont have a location to go too. I went home for the deployment, the closest place is JAX and I am not going there. I should have taken care of it before I left, but I just got so busy I didnt.
