Yep they hurt. WHen I got them I had to make sure that I didnt stretch my leg out but that I pointed my toes towards me. And it usually made my cramp go away for the most part. I did get 1 so bad once that I was sore for a week :lol Drink more milk and eat nanners. Sometimes lack of calcium or potassium can cause em

I got them really bad if I stretched my legs to long or the wrong way. and rubbing them did no good, but make them hurt worse. It's not a dehydration thing, more of just one of those pregnancy things. I was plenty hydrated and still got them. Sometimes just knowing what starts them helps.

I got them all the time with all of my pregnancies. It would be like a big knot under my skin and I'd just sit and rub it until it finally unkinked. Then my leg would be sore for a few days afterwards. Mine were usually brought on by stretching my legs out, so just stretch with caution :lol

I had them bad. They would wake me form a dead sleep. I would try to get up and walk but I would fall to the floor in pain. My grandma told me to eat more bananas for potassium.

I am still hurting...It feels like my legs will cramp when I go up and down the stairs...I was reading about them and it says if they continue you should call your provider, did anyone ever have to call their drs?

It said yogart would work since I cant drink milk, did anyone use that?

You should also try and eat some bananas. I got them almost evey night when I hit 30 weeks and my OB told me just to eat more Bananas.
