4 soft taco shells
1 pound of ground beef or a can on black beans (for the non-meat eaters)
a jar of salsa
8 oz of cheese
black olives
lettuce
tomatoes
taco seasoning
sour cream
cook the beef or beans
mix the beef or beans with taco seasoning
place the first taco shell flat in a baking pan
cover the shell with the beef or bean mixture and cheese. Repeat with the remaining taco shells
top off top lay of shell with the beef or bean mixture, plus the olives, tomatoes and lettuce
Bake in oven at 350 for 15 minutes
top with salsa and sour cream.
If you use large shells the dish makes about 4-6 servings.....
