I wanted to see if anyone knows anything about tricare & divorce/LSEP. I know of a spouse that refuses to finalize her divorce, even though she filed, and just raves about how much she loves being in TC. We think that is one of the reasons she doesn't want to finalize the divorce. Can a service member remove the spouse without removing the kids even though they are not "legally divorced" but are legally seperated?

I know when DH and I were legally seperated that he could not remove me without my permission. He has to get a court order for it to happen.

yeah when my ex and I were legally seperated he couldn't take me off until the divorce was finalized...

Huh, I always thought the ex was covered until/unless she remarried. Don't know where I got that assumption.
