I finally took them for the first time, DH has been bugging me for months. I just set the camera to do it's self timer thing and fire two shots, in the hope I'll get the one nice one out of them. He had some pretty specific requests of poses, although I have to admit I couldn't bring myself to do some of them. I started off slow with just the top view, then after i was a little more comfortable I did some playboy shots, since they're not too cheesy. Since it was my first time doing it, I actually bought a playboy and imitated some of their poses, lol.

I get one of my favorite photographers to do them, I met him on a job and his wife does my makeup :)

Really...good photographers are generally willing to shoot mild erotica for a fair price...just make sure it's someone you can trust!!!

I gave my boyfriend some before he left for pre-deployment training. He asked for them, and I thought it would be fun. I had a friend do it who I knew I would be comfortable with, but I was really nervous! I had some different outfits picked out...lingerie, a short skirt he likes, topless with some camo PJ pants I have, and then some in just a cowboy hat, boots, and undies, but I had no idea what to do as far as poses. Being nervous, I drank most of a bottle of wine and...I have to say that really helped! Once I started doing it, the poses kind of came naturally, and my friend took something like 250 pictures so we would have some really good ones in there somewhere. Anyway, they went over really well and I'm planning on taking some more sometime during his deployment.

And I have to say, it is something I totally recommend doing not just for him, but also for YOU! When I was getting ready and trying on the outfits, I kept looking in the mirror and feeling not so great about certain parts of my body and wishing they could be more perfect...but after I looked at all the pics, I loved them!!! They made me think "Damn, I'm HOT!" So even though I did it for him, it was SUCH an empowering experience for me too!

And I have to say, it is something I totally recommend doing not just for him, but also for YOU! When I was getting ready and trying on the outfits, I kept looking in the mirror and feeling not so great about certain parts of my body and wishing they could be more perfect...but after I looked at all the pics, I loved them!!! I used the tripod and the timer on the camera for most. For some (like breast shots) I took them myself. The LOVELY thing with digital camera's is that you can take and re-take without wasting film!! Mine turned out great either way. A cheap camera tripod is usually less than $25 so if you want to take them the whole time he is gone it might "pay off" **wink, wink**
